The Extended Warranty Service is an optional paid program that extends technical support beyond the standard 30-day warranty period provided by most distributors. It covers verified technical and manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage, wear, or tampering.

GSM Brokers provides one free RMA shipping label per order within the first 30 days from the invoice date. This allows you to return defective devices to the supplier or authorized service center at no cost.

After the first 30 days, you can purchase additional shipping labels directly through the GSM Brokers website at discounted rates up to 70% lower than standard courier pricing. For example, a UPS label costs approximately €2.50 per device (minimum €10 per label).

Our Concierge Service helps you find any product you need, even if it’s not listed in our current stock. We provide fast, personalized support when suppliers are busy or face language barriers. Whether it’s sourcing devices or resolving issues, we move things forward at your pace. Every member receives VIP treatment.
You get access to a wide range of used and refurbished smartphones, including Apple and Android devices, across various grades (Grade A, ASIS, Open Box, etc.). We are continuously expanding, and in the near future, our offer will also include brand new phones, accessories, and spare parts.
