All devices for sale are used, NOT refurbished. This means they only have original parts, including the screen and battery. Hence, there are no messages saying “Unknown Part”.
We have recently added a line of Refurbished products, with compatible parts. These products will always be highlighted as “Refurbished” in order to avoid any confusion with used 100% original devices.
Normally, to ensure competitive prices, we accept orders starting from a minimum of 10 mixed devices. However, under special circumstances, we might consider orders of just 5 mixed devices.

Upon request, we can provide you with photos or videos of random products available in stock. Please note that the videos will showcase a variety of products and not necessarily the specific ones you intend to purchase.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select colors individually. Normally, we sell all items as a mix of colors. If you wish for devices in specific colors, please let us know before placing the order so we can check the requested availability.
We only accept payment via advance bank transfer. We do not accept cash on delivery, PayPal, or deferred payments.
All orders are shipped the same day if payment is received by 15:00; otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next working day. Shipping is carried out from the warehouse in Europe via DHL express courier with delivery on the next working day. The shipment is always insured for the full amount of the order.
To receive the IMEI list, you need to provide us with the number of the packaging list included with the delivery of the purchased devices. Once we have this number, we will send the IMEI list to you via email. Alternatively, the IMEI numbers can be found on the label of each device. To facilitate the creation of a bulk IMEI list, you can use a free barcode scanning app, such as “QR Code & Barcode Scanner” by TeaCapps.
Standard Warranty: This 30-day warranty covers any defects identified from the date of purchase, excluding accidental damage, software issues, water damage, tampering, ecc…
Extended Warranty: It is possible to extend the standard 30-day warranty to a variable period between 90 and 180 days for an additional cost, as detailed in our price list. This extension is available only for devices classified as USED A, USED A/B, and USED B/C.
Shipping costs for sending products under warranty are free if the product is covered by the extended warranty of 90 or 180 days and the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery. For products with the standard 30-day warranty, shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer.
